From 23 April 2011, Vueling (VY), the Spanish low-cost airline, will launch a three-times-weekly connection between its newly inaugurated base at Toulouse (TLS) in the south of France and Palma de Mallorca (PMI) on the Spanish Balearic island of Majorca. The route will be operated with a 180-seater Airbus A320 aircraft.
Mon, Wed: VY9002 TLS16.35-17.45PMI / VY9003 PMI18.15-19.10TLS
Sat: VY9002 TLS07.00-08.10PMI / VY9003 PMI08.45-09.40TLS
The route should mainly attract French tourists heading for Majorca's famous beaches and nightlife, although there is also a small potential for regional traffic, as this will be the only connection between the two airports.
Dès le 23 avril 2011, Vueling (VY), la compagnie à bas coûts espagnole, commencera trois vols par semaine entre sa nouvelle base à Toulouse (TLS) dans le sud de la France, et Palma de Majorque (PMI) sur l'île espagnole Baléare de Majorque. La ligne devrait attirer essentiellement un trafic de tourisme généré par les touristes toulousains migrant vers Majorque à la recherche des plages et des bars fameux de cette île festive, mais il y a un potentiel de trafic régional, ces deux aéroports n'étant reliés par aucune autre compagnie aérienne.
